Doll Plan

A Different Doll Work Each Month
Something fun to look forward to, delivered every month. Thirty-four stories, coming to your facility one by one.
The dolls of Showa no Kodomotachi (Children of the Showa Era), each one handmade by doll artist Ishii Michiko, are displayed in a clear acrylic case. Every month our staff visit to replace them with a different work.
Each doll is one of a kind; no reproductions exist. The Display Lease is a newly launched service.

“Little Rascal (Wanpaku)” “The Quarrel (Kenka)” “Sword Fight Play (Chanbara)” “The Temple Fair (Ennichi)” “Rock, Paper, Scissors (Janken)” “Who Goes Farthest? (Tobashikko)” “Big Brother's School Bag (Oniichan no Kaban)” “Peeking Between the Legs (Matanozoki)” “On the Way Home from School (Gakko Gaeri)” “Buddha's Smile (Hotoke-warai)” “The Tricycle (Sanrinsha)” “Afternoon Nap (Gosui)”
